Our firm provides business, information technology and legal services with a focus on government contracting and business development.  We work closely with small to mid-size firms with an emphasis on traditionally disadvantaged organizations to include women owned, service disabled veteran owned, federal 8A and hub zone organizations. For the last twenty years our Principal Scott Phillips has served as general counsel for several emerging businesses in the mid-Atlantic region.  Examples include parking management, community development, technology and food service organizations. The firm brings over 25 years of fortune 100 experience to its clients.   

Scott helped to establish and manage IBM's Federal Mentor-Protege Program which provided business development, project management and technical training to emerging firms.  His development experience also includes facilities management, information technology, commercial and residential real estate.   Scott has served on the board of numerous non-profit organizations.  Through his board experience he has developed an understanding of how to leverage community, corporate and government resources to accomplish client goals.
